THE TASK

Following 2 years of cancelled weddings due to the pandemic, Scripin Weddings were ready to re-launch their app with a bang and had ambitious targets!

They asked us to capitalise on the ‘year of the wedding’ to increase awareness and develop an acquisition strategy to get people to sign up to the app, helping the brand to build its customer base.
THE SOLUTION

To stand out in a saturated sector our campaign needed to easily explain the benefits of the Scripin Wedding app in a way that was straight-forward, effective but still full of personality.

We created an omni channel strategy that required a multi-platform execution across platforms we identified as key for our wedding planning audience: Pinterest, Instagram and TikTok (yup, this surprised us as well, but TikTok has over 1.1 billion views for #weddingideas). With an overarching objective to drive new customer acquisition at efficient cost we tested multiple creative variants and A/B audience testing on a global scale using a mix of customer relationships manager, lookalike audiences and interest-based targeting across the UK and the US.

The cherry on top of our wedding cake was our influencer activation. We worked with leading lifestyle influencer Chessie King and as well as two micro influencers, Ellie Hardy and Millie Logan to highlight how they used Scripin Weddings along their wedding journey, allowing our potential audience to discover more of the true benefits of using Scripin Weddings.
