THE TASK
Lavazza asked us to help them launch their first of its kind product, A Modo Mio Voicy - a coffee machine with Alexa built in.
We were tasked with driving awareness on social channels and educating the 18-35 audience on the fact that you can now make an espresso just by using your voice!

OUR SOLUTION
Using our Person Behind The Platform approach, we identified two audience segments - Tech/Gamers & those who are looking for a new coffee machine.
Given the complex message of the machine, we knew that story-telling was going to be key and what better way to reach these new audiences for Lavazza they by partnering with some of the best tech, gamer and lifestyle creators across TikTok and Instagram.
Each creator was tasked to bring to life the capabilities of the machine showing how it enhances their everyday life in a fun, engaging and authentic way.

THE RESULTS
With 3 creators we were able to authentically reach new audiences for Lavazza and absolutely smashed the KPIs in the process. Reach KPI was overachieved by 59% and engagements by over 24% an expected ER % of 6% to just over 9%.
