THE TASK
Chicago Town came to us to help them dial up their brand love on social. To do this, we had to build meaningful connections with pizza-lovers in the social spaces where they were highly engaged.
OUR SOLUTION
Our mission was to put Chicago Town front of mind for our TikTok and Instagram audience. We used data and insight from our Person Behind The Platform approach to understand our audience's behaviour and identified platform trends which we knew they would find highly engaging. We used them to seed Chicago Town content into these joyful spaces.

THE RESULTS
We’ve already seen a massive step-change in Chicago Town’s activity and an outpouring of brand love from pizza lovers online. We grew Chicago Town’s SOV by 200%, expanded our TikTok audience by 60% in just 3 months and doubled their engagement rate on Instagram.
